EUROTECH S.p.A : finalisation de la fusion entre ARCOM Inc. et Applied Data Systems pour créer Eurotech Inc.
Amaro (UD) le 1er juillet 2008 - Eurotech SpA annonce aujourd'hui que la fusion entre Applied Data Systems et Arcom, sociétés basées aux Etats-Unis, pour créer Eurotech Inc. est terminée.
Eurotech Inc. devient le leader des systèmes embarqués basse consommation et à haut rendement sur le marché américain.
Le CEO de cette nouvelle société Eurotech Inc. est M. Greg Nicoloso, qui remplace M. Robert Olsen au poste exécutif. M. Olsen devient Président du Conseil d'Administration de Eurotech Inc.
